Proprietor will charge cancellation charges as above but will do utmost to re-let and re-in burse at cancellation rate if possible. Access Statement: Street level and step access to building, 1 ground floor room available with standard 30 inch door – suitable for person with limited mobility but not suitable for wheelchair access. All other rooms are located on the 1st floor.
